    This rating is not a direct reflection on the Marshall branch. It is, however, a reflection on Woodforest as a whole. There was an accidental charge by a merchant, it took Woodforest a fraction of a second to charge my account, yet after the merchant reversed the charge and then called, faxed and communicated through email, 5 days and the reversed charges have not even shown on my account. This would normally be of little consequence, but being 900 miles away from home to attend a school, and having my account inaccessible due to this mistake, it is rather disheartening having to depend on the kindness of strangers for such things as meals...even after explaining the situation to the bank they basically said not their mistake so not their problem. So if you're looking for that down home, care about the customers first, kind of bank, this may not be the bank for you.

    My child is getting a really good education here. The teachers and staff members are all excellent!! I don’t care for the pickup process though. People often cut in line where others have been waiting for longer times. The 4 way on the corner is horrible! They need someone to direct traffic and keep order amongst the parents because I’ve seen things gets a little out of hand!
